Q: How long does it take for my payment to be received and confirmed?
A It takes 6 confirmations for the transfer, this generally occurs within 1 hr.
Q: Is my Item covered against damage, loss or anything else?
A: Yes like many other BTC transfers, the monies will remain in Escrow until such time as the item is received and funds are released into our account, we urge our customers to complete this step as soon as the miner is up and running.
Q: Do you have anyone who can tell me about your mining hardware?
A: We have several other companies with vested interest in our products. the companies that have shown us support in the past are showing us even more support now.
Q: Is the 5 TH/S lion machine available for delivery now?
A: YES!!! as of december 1st 2013 we are shipping the Lion 5 TH?S sha-256 bitcoin mining machine.
Q: What are the terms of returns?
A: We are that confident of our products that if we for any reason have to replace any miner, we will cloud mine 2x the TH/S of the miner into their wallet until such times the miner is repaired and re delivered.
